I did suspect it was a joke, but I didn't want to take the risk of going "haha, double chin, that's hilarious!" without knowing how close this was to reality. Hmm, though looking back at what I wrote, it was pretty offensive regardless. Oh well.

A brave choice to do a double chinned Twi'lek. I don't know how many chins you have IRL, but attractive female portraits always get higher rating and more faves  (Don't shoot the messenger)

In regards to the quality of your work, I think this looks much better if you squint at it, because that takes away some of the noisy pixels plaguing certain parts of the portrait. In some parts, you have really nice AA, but in other parts, isolated pixels and a lack of good clusters bring the quality down. Particularly just around the ear-equivalents and the chins. Hmm, and the shoulder. Is that a wrinkle or a scar above your right brow? It looks like a scar, because of the high contrast.
