This is a very nice way to manage those horrible colors. Looks rather ominous, and the tower pops out of the background in a quite interesting manner.

Not sure about the clouds, though? Maybe single-color (dark red?) clouds would look better :)
Or some sort of outline clouds? Dunno.

I feel my eyes burning up from that palette but other than that, it looks great.
