There's so much potential in this piece! It's looking good already and the designs/perspective all work well. I'd say it just falls short of being truly great work though. I think the big leaves could benefit from an extra shade to both help smooth out the anti-aliasing and to help define the frontmost leave. The centre point of these big plants could do with less stem detail and more shadow.

Crucially what I think this piece is missing most is colour mixing, which help give a colour depth, verve and style. Your greys all look very grey, your greens are green. Add some blue-ish shadows in, or some more yellow highlights to bring out the shapes. I recommend studying this piece by Vierbit:
