Cool palette used here.  Other than those pixels mentioned by ADM and perhaps a few other strays, this is fantastic. 

Yeah, those were meant to be my ear, but they didn't really work out that way.

Really nice job with this! There's a set of pixels on the left side of the face, near the middle that are a bit distracting imho. Else, awesome!
