The animation is veeeery well done! The smoothness is astounding!
Goddamn, that's really freaky. Your game will be terrifying.
omg so well done! I dig the girl's split-second hysteric animation too. Great little detail :)
Super tout ça. C'est pas habituel de voir un zombie se déplacer comme ça mais ça fait quelque chose de nouveau.
I think it's the inclusion of the subtle shadows add so much, very nice!
Yeah, this happen often. I remember I wrote an article few months ago about that subject. The bad thing is that the article is in spanish.
When we are too ambitious, we never finish our projects and our productivity decrease dangerously till the point that is not profitable.
Keep up the good job
Thanks Marina.
about the game : I could say it will be a lemmings like but different in many ways . And I choose the stikart style because i was thinking it will be great for this kind of game but also because i was thinking it will be faster to make ( but i gess i was wrong , it takes lot of time to make every animation for every characters ). The game is made with Unity, we use dynamic lights, shadows and many shader effects. ( i can't show real screenshots here because of light gradients :) )
My first project was a plateform game graphicaly more like rayman. Abandonned because it was too ambitious for a small team.
Wow, this is probably the first time I've seen such a small sprite be so scary.
You got a great skills doing animations in many resolutions (we just need to check your gallery). This is absolutely fantastic, I love the animation.
I am not much into the new "stickart" style, I used to like it the first time I see it; but nowdays is a fashion and everyone are using this style to do their games, without having an own style. Most of them looks like "Cave Story/Fez" or "Superbrothers: sword and sorcery" style.
Fortunately, I can't say the same about you. You got another style in there, even if is in a very low resolution, and this is probably the best work as "stickart" that I ever see in the last years. Specially because of your animations and the way that you use the lights and shadows, really carefully.
I wish you the best on your project, you guys deserve it.
Your animation says so much with so few pixels! I love it.
