Is it for some game? The fist thing that came to my mind was 'it looks like survival postapacalyptic game'.I mean this palette and trees make some special mood for me. Something like Cataclysm DDA roguelike. Though chairs and tables looks pretty peaceful and this is a picture of the fair as I see. Very controversial, but I like it very much.

@helcril: It is! I'm developing a small hack-n-slash game, still in its early stages. I'll use different base colors to define scenario, player, treasure, magic, etc.
