Very nice, I'm not digging the dithering though, it doesn't seem to serve any purpose and kind of does the opposite of making that look like a T-Shirt. The animation is very well done though.

Yeah, I'm gonna agree with ADM and say that the dithering isn't really necessary when working at this resolution.
