I like this style, reminds me of slemsvamp.

The 2 least used colors could have been replaced with others already in the palette.

Shadows are impossible in this perspective (and rather hurt the composition): the angle of view is horizontal and from far away, seen there is no convergence (vanishing points) of the building lines. Conversely, you'd see these shadows in a wide angle, near view with strong perspective.
