It's really nice scene and also a funny animation. I really like the design of the tower. For some reason the most bothering thing for me though is the slowly falling TV, there's just no feeling of weight to it. Also not a big fan of the unfinished looking trees.
Very nice animation and environement, not a big fan of the coloring and shading style either tho. These are really good but could use some tweaks here and there to make them wonderful. Never hesitate to post W.I.Ps on pixeljoint forum or wayofthepixel.net. Always got really good feedbacks, taking my techniques to another level.
Not so keen on the colours/shading but the animation and all the details are definitely fun to look at.

I think it's because the size of the gif was too large (3.7M), so it can hardly be uploaded. I update a smaller version now:)
Maybe you did not upload the whole art?
When you submit art the small preview (100x100px or less and under 10k in file size) goes in the first panel and the bigger whole pixelart goes in the second panel.
Yes, the falling speed is slow, it looks strange.
