thanks! i think I found it, looks pretty cool so far
The other program is Character Maker Pro (a.k.a Character Raiser 1999). It was the first program that I tried for pixel art 12 years ago, and it works very good specially to do tiles and doing the maps with those tiles. If you don't find a link to download it, I can send it to you personally :)
Thanks!
I watched the WIP video, and I recognize graphic gale, but what is the other program you are using in it?
really nice piece by the way!
hahaha Thank you very much. I am specially glad that in this challenge there are awesome pieces, the first time that I participated in one Weekly challenge I felt a little bit disappointed because I expected more participation. But this time it's really nice what people did.
The only think I can say is wow, but I need to fill at least 15 characters... wait a minute... :P
Yes, we are making a game about this, but we are not sure if we will use this scene somewhere in the game. We will see when we are about to finis it :P
Thank you very much.
It was my first program and I can guarantee that it's one of the best programs to create frames-tilesheets or maps. It's somehow limited to do another kind of things (such like gif animations), but the program allow you to do tings in a easy and confortable way that other programs won't allow you to make it so easily (about tiles and frames in one canvas). At least it's my point of view after trying several pixel art programs during 12 years. Maybe it depends on people and the way that they are more confortable to work. This is very relative at the end.
Graphics Gale and this one to me are sacred programs to work doing pixel art, specially if you are doing a videogame.
