It's non pixel art. You can change de dithered part with pixel art one.

The animation is absolutely stunning but NPA (Not Pixe Art) unfortunately.

It's a cool animation no doubt, but it's also kind of missing out the point of pixel art, which is artist having complete pixel level control over the piece. Now it's just 3d renderer being told to render with specific settings that produce a pixelated look, but pixel art isn't about just outputting something that looks blocky/pixelated.
