I like this colouring a lot, but the band with the suppositories (or whatever it is) seems a bit weird.
Not only do I love this because it's TF-flippin-2 (and the Simpsons), I also love it as a standalone piece. Very cool stuff!
Was about to say the ammo belt could use some more shading to match the rest of the sprite (which colors and shading are awesome <3), then realised CELS already pointed this out... well, I highly agree with him!
Love the palette; that purple tone works pretty well, whether it is mixed with the trousers blue colors or with the skin colors. Also the whole character concept is hilarious, good job!

It looks great, although it bothers me that you didn't add more shade to the red bits of his ammo belt. It would take 2 minutes and is such a glaring flaw, I think. Apart from that, this is very nice indeed!
