You should edit this and upload this image as the 'small file' and the full image as the 'detail file'...

(the 'small file' will be the preview and has a 100x100 limit while the 'detail file' has almost no limit)

I went with the white background because the rest of the webpage is also white and I wanted it to blend in. http://www.knotch.it/404

I think it's often a good idea to stay away from pure white background. It's sort of hard to look at. Have you tried without a background? Might be worth a shot.
