It's the hydraulic pumps circulating the oil that's doing it ;p
CELS I agree about the frames but this piece took so long just to draw that I had to draw a line when it came to the animation. So easy to get carried away and never finish, right? 
ADrawingMan it's got a few liberties with the palette, but the more I play with C64 the more I love it's ability to not appear cartoonish or 'game-y'. You are welcome to do a palette swap with your own colour ideas, I bet they would be fun to compare!
Awesome. But twice as many frames in the animation would improve this tenfold, for me. I'd just love to see a more smooth version of this.
It a human sitting on the back of the robot? Execellent. But I wish only a bit of light blue on the another robotleg, It looks a bit unfinished compared to rest. But stil execellent.
So awesome! imho I do wish that you didn't use the C64 palette for this though :P
Nice, and you've somehow managed to make it look not like you've used a 64 pallette, although there is a bit of brown in there:)
