Nope, the image is still zoomed to fill the screen. You might want to read the Pixel Art Tutorial, specifically the heading "Why all digital art is not pixel art."

Also, no, each of the individual pixels was placed by hand, I use graphics gale. I have a version somewhere with just the flat colors. This is one of my earlier pieces, and although I am more conservative with my color palettes now, saying that you don't consider as pixel art seems a little harsh. (as far as I know, there's isn't a color cap, just a restriction about how the pixels are placed.)

Aside for being way zoomed int, there's far too much noise here for me to consider this pixel art. A sprite this small in its native resoltion does not require 43 colors. If you're using a dodge/burn tool or something to add this noise, stop.
Hi! PixelJoint has a "zoom in" feature so you don't have to upload images this big; we can't zoom out.
I've read that before... I literally hand picked each color and then placed each pixel individually....
