Hey, thanks everyone for the comments! This is an old piece I found in a folder and I just uploaded it. There are some rough parts, but looks ok to me.

Nice pun and a great palette. I think the doctor might be concerned for nothing, he looks fine with just 10 colors. 
The glasses, hair and his tooth are great design choices.... not to mention his expression.
