I've had this character idea for a while now, and I decided to finally make it.  I managed to bang this out in a couple hours.  Still no ideas for its use, though

Yeah, the two just kinda seemed a bit similar, although I haven't actually played Octodad, so I wouldn't know how well this would play to it
