After seeing this I was inspired to make my own in a similar fashion.
Pallete stolen from that but I ended up using a lot more colours then just 32, i think it was more around the 72 mark, I couldn't be bothered with keeping to a specific colour count for this piece.

I could anti-alias the black bubble background, but I don't wan't too.

This is for a dev forum for Fusion City as i'm in the graphics team, I made a sig for the graphics team..anyways

Very nice. I thought it was just a colour reduced piece at first too and then i zoomed in a realised it wasn't and liked it even more after that. Awesome job.
