I took the character in my previous entry (http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/86891.htm) and tried to make him look like a character from the old Final Fantasy video games.

I'm always astounded by the pixel art in Final Fantasy.  Someday I hope to imitate the level of detail in their monster characters.

Thanks, Justin.  I added more contrast between the purples.

The dark and medium purples just blend together. You should either increase the contrast or cut one.
