There are 3 pixels in the whole gallery that I view often when bored, in need of inspiration or just for the eye candy and simple elegant beauty of pixelart. This is one of these three. Now that I have 8 blue dots to give I'm here to add one more. 8/8

You have a good understanding of metal reflections.

Now that you mentioned it really looks like an eletric shaver, with two jets of course. How about a fancy cellphone?
Thanks for the comments.

Nice design for an electric shaver! Colors, technique, design etc is cool.

I make a little edit on it, added AA to the background and fix somethings.

It looks like a vehicle, or a phaser, or some sort of robotic tadpole. Beautifully rendered with awesome colors. I spent quite some time looking at this and did'nt even notice the time.

I disagree. I think the sleakness of the surface is maintained dispite the dithering, unlike your profile pic, Blick. Nice complementory palette you've used here, Percival, good work. The only spot I don't really like is the slightly pillowy spot directly below the window.
For being a sleak surface, I think the dithering is a bit contradictory. I also think some more could've been done with those blank dark spaces in the front of the vehicle. A smoother transition or more shaping of them rather than just a hole would be nice. Like a raising or sinking of the surface itself along with the holes rather than flat space straight to negative space.
