I agree with the other two comments about anatomy/proportion issues here, but I also want to compliment you on both your color choices and your shading. Despite the anatomy issues, I get a sense of depth from looking at the image, and bad shading/coloring would have made that impossible. I'd bet you worked hard on this, and I hope you work just as hard on your art in the future.
An alternative for Justine's solution is to move the eye a little lower, although it might change the dircetion she is looking its better IMO. The cheek is too pronounced, but I do see some artist who can execute it well. Upper part of the hair is good, do the same on the lower part, I think you will not fail.

Major problem with proportion here, but it's not the hair. The face is stretched like silly putty. You need to push it back into shape. Here's a quickly-done suggested edit and comparison. It doesn't fix the issue for you--it just highlights the issue.
