This is really nice! Really good fan-art, would make for a cool cut-scene. Might wanna try and cut those colors down though...
This image has over 200 colors in it, likely because of those blurry black wires in the upper-left. The AA on them looks decidedly NPA (Not Pixel Art), which is something you might want to watch out for.
That aside, this is very pretty!
