Oh, what's the requirement for it to be able to show up? I was wondering why it wasn't there.
Nice piece. I think you should change the preview file size as well so it can show up in the new pixel art headline thing.
This is 24bit and you seem to have a bunch of transparent pixels outside the skirt (that show up in GrafX2). Resave as PNG-8 and reduce the filesize by 95%.
There's some AA on the skirt's right upperside that was done for a white background.
Other than that, it's a nice sprite :)
