Hahhah that reminds me of Master Necky from Donkey Kong Countrey

Thanks for the C+C, I left the outline somewhat black as I thought it gave the piexelart more character.

The black selective outlining is too harsh, especially on the light yellow of the beak and white mane sort of thing.

Really nice form to the beak with those shadows though. I remember when I had to draw a bird once, I kept trying to draw the indents in the outline and by the third try I realized I could just put a nice tapering shadow in to make the effect work better.
