It is a bit bland looking at it again now, not sure if I really want to go back and spruce it up though. I might just leave it as is for the time being and focus on new stuff. It's a nice reminder of where I've come from this way too. 
 

Real cool, I like how you shade. I feel this could use a touch of excitement somewhere though. A small detail, a contrasting colour of some sort?

Thanks! I actually saw a picture of general grievous while thinking of ideas for my avatar so it was definitely the main inspiration for this.
