Are you DE from rpgmaker.net? You've gone a long way, progressed much. I hope you're less merciless than you used to be though. 
Not my cup of the with the huge clusters and harsh transitions into the very light shadows but the pose and design are quite unique.
Nice piece.
I adore this, the colors and style remind me of Breath of Fire IV whose art and style have a special place in my heart. great freakin job :D

as for my critique, i would think he would have lost his eye when he got that massive scar across his eye? 
Also the spear tip looks a bit washed out..
There's something in the composition I find very off-putting (the long spear and the big head make for a confusing focal point). Trimming the sides (of empty space), esp. the left, could ring it in a bit.
Nice warrior, but the right rear fin confused me with their hands.
All these warrior sharks must be influenced by skylanders or turtles or something. I really like the viewpoint and love the colours!
