maybe a bit pillow shaded, because there are banding shades on the top of the leafs.
that means the light reference is a bit out of reality. I think. 
the sketch is greatfully done. I love how the trunk gets the leafs.
Top part looks a bit banded, but the trunk looks fantastic (though I'd recommend a higher-contrast palette if you're going to shade with black).
This looks very nice. I especially like the pattern on the log. My only problem with it is the slight shadowing on the upper part of the tree, perhaps lighter shades would make it look better.
The palette seems a bit too bland to match the cartoon-ish style (leaf + outline), but overall, it looks smooth and good. Nice job!
The trunk part and the leafy part are individually awesome, but their styles don't match very well. The leafs are too cartoonish and simplistic compared to the trunk. Very good anyway!
