you might want to refine the line art a bit( since it's jagged...) as well as lesser the random dithering( cuz it a bit noise :/ ) http://www.pixeljoint.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=11299 take a look at that if you don't really know what I meant... away from that nice color choice keep it up!
