Please consider the following as constructive feedback: The contrast on the highlights is too low, so they don't register. The contrast of the black is too high, so it seems not to fit. The colors of the glow gradient are nice, but consider lowering the eyes and nose to make the face more closely resemble human proportions. Keep at it.
