I wanted to submit something half-decent, and I just finished this. It's for a Hoax duel against someone. The Heads are traced, but that's it. I know the BG needs work, but I'm not too good at them.

i think you just need some AA and a bit of texture on the background, nice job. You should work on it and then re-submit.
