I think my inerpretaion of the image was incorrect, the water carries on (in shadow of the raised land behind) to the edge of the image. I think you should round the sand bank thing at the back downward a little on the right which could aid my failing brain! :)

This is great, the transition between the water and the land on the right looks a bit odd, seems to twist the surface of the lake?
