I'm going to sound like an echo here, but great work on the reflection. Although the left side of the knife is brighter than the right side, which would usually mean the lightsource is to the left but you've shaded the orc with lighting to the right.

I love the reflection, but, as the others said, the skin needs more definition.

The reflections are definetely what made me want to look at this, it does look really nice, but as Adarias said, seems there needs to be more definition and texture with the glove and skin.

i particularly like the reflections on the blade, my only comment would be perhaps make the skin and glove colors a bit more contrasty (value-wise, i like the low-sat)?
