The 2 clear rectangles really compliment this image more than someone would think at first glance. They're subtle yet add so much more dimension than you'd expect. Of course the picture as a whole displays real talent regardless..I love this.
This is great, I especially like how the clusters of the piercing contrast with the dithering of the rest, the teeth and of course that paper-cut effect or however to call it.

Red channel of color #8 is wonky (196 instead of 204).
Did you use a ref? (Might be what's delaying the approval)
Texture on the skin is unbelievable. And at only 16 colours too.
