Nice shading.  But his legs look like doll legs.  You need to lose the cankles, and give his legs some shape.  His head is a bit small.  The torso looks fine.  But his arms... they're a little too buff... His arms appear to have so much muscle that he might have problems wiping after going to the bathroom.

His arms and legs are out of porportion to the torso and head. But nice shading and detail
