About that skin color next to his ear, it's supposed to be a hair color, since the scout has a shaved-ish head I decided to go for a gray skin color. but I might have to change it. Anyway  thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it :)

Your color count is actually off by one, it's 20. Transparency counts as a color here, so you might have just missed that.
I also see 2 darker shades of skin next to his ear that seem to be unused anywhere else, and could easily be replaced with 2 of the skin tones used elsewhere in the piece.
