I know what you mean Gecimen, I actually tried. The main problem is that for doing that I would need to double my frame count, now I should have something like 6 frames and it works with this number of frames just because I put there a limited number of details. I'll try something like that with something smaller and with longer fur, the effect should be more interesting with a longer fur.
Thanks for the encouragement!
Reminds me of early prince if persia games in that it is a very realistic animation on a minimalistic figure, personally it is a magnificent style.
Very good animation. Of course little more fur detail, would take time but make this a lot smoother if done correctly.
I know that exact feeling and I do the same as you: youknow when enough is enough and you learn so much more from that process. I think if you feel done with it then just be happy because it is awesome:D
Thanks for the comment! Well...every time that I fixed something, something else felt bad and to tell you the truth there are 2 frames that I should really edit....
The shading on the belly is really perfect and that black with the midnight blue is a perfect beautiful example of a limited colour palette. The animation is good but I think that the leep forward could be more stretched.I think its just the front paws seem to start going out then pop back in awkwardly. But that is a very small thing in a lovely peice:D
@Pix.ed. Thanks, that game had really nice sprites.
