I like it. The re-use of colors and AA is really nice and so is the overall impression of the figure and the nostalgic yellow tint.

I understand that you want to center her but with all that hair leaning to our left and her face facing there too, it would look better if she would stand more to the right to counter balance it (look at the negative spaces and position her so that both apear roughly the same size is probably your best bet). Also there're some pixels aligning badly on the right part (from our view) of her hair which are easily fixable.

Those are my only nitpicks

I like this idea of encapsulating emotions into a character it can bring out more personality in a character. Great design work.

Is she pregnant? Why the pot belly, her breasts are also much to disproportionate IMO.

Her left cheek/jaw looks weird too me since the shadow makes it angular. Add AA or reduce the dark area maybe?
