Haha, the preview surely convinced me to click (come on... an octopus with a hat? awesome!), but the actual piece surprised me a lot! Great work!
@andrae Nope, tthis project was cancelled, and I'm showing just GIF there.
The tortoise reminded me of Morla from the Never Ending Story. Couldn't tell you why.
Wow, this is amazing. There's a lot of things to find in the scene. This is really big haha
There are no words to describe this piece... Is really amazing!
Volter9, sorry for my bad English. It was planned like static picture, and when you hover and click on specific area, animation plays once or twice. Easy stuff for people who work with websites and stuff. As for me I just gathered everything in Flash in movie clip containers. And exported everything in GIF to show it here and there=)
Excellent artwork! Didn't expected it to be so massive. Keep it up!
About HTML and flash stuff: it would be easier just to put on 404 gif picture than embedin Flash .swf. Like this: <img src="path/to/picture.gif"/>. However if it's planned to be more complex (didn't quite get "on hover" part) then Flash or HTML5 + JS would be more appropriate.
Woooah! wasn't expecting that from the preview! Great stuff!
woah !!
