I could see some outline problems, or it was like that at first.

really nice characters here! but the middle guy's sword looks like it doesnt fit with how you did everything else. Since you used an outline for everything else, you might want to put one for the sword as well so it all looks good together.

I'm liked with the middle one. is just pretty nice. also, the shades are very great in all of the characters.
