Thanks for the crit felchqueen. I am so addicted to black keylines (I blame Mega Man ;) that it messes with me when I am going for a more photorealistic style. What is the proper pixel joint ettiquette for making changes to art that's already been submitted and approved?
I did mean to enter this in the challenge. I think I reloaded the submission page and forgot to recheck the challenge box. Should I resubmit? and where should I post my reference materials?
Is this supposed to be entered in the challenge?
fyi, when submitting any pixel to a challenge you need to check the 'weekly challenge' button as we don't always catch those that don't press it.
It is always a good practice to post your reference image in the description,
especially when the pixel is closely based/traced on the ref.
Not a big problem using refs but know that no artist ever wants to cross the line into plagiarism.
It isn't currently an entry to the weekly challenge, btw.
This is great but the jawline (in fact most of the outline) could do with a bit of smoothing, I think you've got the colours to do it
No I'll add for you when adding.
You can list any ref in the description of the art page and its link or whatever you like usinf the 'dit it' under the art.
Its always better to use the 'edit it' under the art than submit > delete > resubmit.
