This is a loading screen mockup for non-existing sequel of brilliant ZX Spectrum game Game Over (Phantis). I was trying to accurately follow all traditions of Spanish ZX Spectrum game artists like Raul Lopez, Kantxo, ACE, Alfonso Fernandez Borro, Kostandin Igor Ruiz, Javier Cubedo or Cesar Diez. Like many of Spanish ZX Spectrum loading screens, this one is a copy of marvellous work of Alfonso Azpiri.

To make it look like original Spanish screen, I've mostly used black paper, only one type of ordered texture, white skin and dark blue background. You can see a work-in-progress stages on ZX-Art.

Nice work.  I miss those sorts of loading images and I wanted to do something similar for one of my projects but in this age I'd just get attacked for being sexist or something.  DarkFalzX ran into some trouble while he was remaking Phantis as Ultionus. 

I just love that elegant euro fantasy-sci-fi style.

Interesante uso de la paleta de colores de la ZX Spectrum, por cierto, ¿es un trabajo para un juego de esa epoca o es un fan-art?

i foresee ppl demanding a nudity warning.. even though boobs in the preview are warning enough i think :)
