Maybe the dithering (and the pixel placement on surfaces in general) could be organized differently, since the way it's used here tends to make many parts hard to read and/or unnecessarily noisy (e.g. the upper left corner, the lighting on the face and the baby's hair), imo.
Also, I think that the face's surface could use some more detail for added depth (some hints at the eyebrows and the cheeks' shape are the first things that come to my mind).

It wasnt supppsed to be lipstick, but an open mouth, and the toungue inside barely seen. And hell yeah, it seems wierd without ears... (Fail)

If you do want feedback: Babies don't wear lipstick or have stubble on their scalps. The generally do have ears and whites in their eyes though.
