Not sure what you mean by that, there isn't really any colour darker than black... XD

As far as the teal leakage on the outline, it was made for a forum with a brighter background and thus worked as aa.

It's a good start.

Is the black outline necessary, perhaps try a darker color? Or clean it up a bit? You have stray pixels in your outline too.
