I wanted to draw a colored party balloon, inspired by ACM ICPC. I wanted to use it, eventually, in a contest scoreboard system, but I never did.
Still, I like how the balloon looks, I think it turned out to be a great piece of pixel art (at least for me, as it was also my first finished pixel art).

Good point. Since I meant to use them in a scoreboard, I had to have clear colors (each color represents one "solved problem"). Still, that's a good suggestion that I will remember for future work!
