This reminds me somewhat of the old X-Com game.
I dont think the text needs any more attention, it has an orange outline surrounded by blues and purples, that's enough. I did try to change the text though, but whatever i did just made the text hard to read. It's already kinda messy.

I think the title would look better if you drew a bit more attention to it by making the inside of the text bright-yellow instead of black.
It seems pretty clear to me what he is doing. And i love the expresion on the right alien! Cool one! :D
This is wonderful. I had a little trouble making out what his right hand was doing though.
