-practice, weekly challenge participation for additional motivation and generally loving to make pixelart, combined with a nice and intuitive environment that Grafx2 provides :)
-9 times out of 10 I just start doodling, lay down some basic shapes and then refine. Some of these guys I sketched first, but they ended up looking completely different from the sketches. I'll upload the sketches when I finalize the description!
-I usually "determine" the colours by abusing Dawnbringer's palettes to no end :)

How did you learn to be this good? What is your process? how do you determine the colours you use?

Couldn't find ''xanthic'' in both of my dictionaries: Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary and Merriam Webster College edition.
It deserved to be printed on canvas, really nice work there.
