BathMaster 2000>> thank you
rhlstudios>> Yeah,I like her face too, it's something really important for me, I always want to make pretty face =3
Arkan85>>Yes, absolutely, I spend time to try to make it looking like this. It really wasn't easy to make the fur, because I didn't know how to do such thing, it looked so difficult at first. I tryed differents things then I found one way to do it that could be ok, and I did it without questionning about the time nor the difficulty. =)
This is so beautiful, my goodness! Her face is gorgeous!
The girl has a very nice face and I like the bear fur too: I think it took you a lot of time!
Romson>> Oh! I'm very glad you like it, thank you =D
Zizka>> Yeah I agree with you, I don't want to take it personal, but in fact it alway touch you when it's about your work, so I was in a incomprehension at first. But I don't think I react badly, I just ask for more precises explanations about why my work didn't fit into my gallery. Now I have the answer and I am able to consider it for the next time. Thank you for your nice advice =3
I can tell you're upset about having one of your pieces rejected. I've had two of mine rejected so I can understand the frustration (although to be fair I agree about the decision that mine were rejected).
If you can manage, try not to take this on the personal level. It really is just a matter of accepting pixel art on a uniform criteria. Also, a lot of people are interested in this community because of those more "rigid" rules. I personally welcome welcome it. I can enjoy pixel art without having to browse to find what I'm looking for.
Try not to let emotions cloud your judgment. You have talent for sure and it's nit that what you do is disliked.
Cure>> You should'nt say anyone but everyone
jalonso>> Yeah and thank for that.
Zizka>> I'm glad you said that, but it seems like not everyone is thinking this way and that I'm not doing pixelart but more things like "scribbly oekaki". I'll keep trying!
kendi64>> Thank you. You are absolutly true, the hair isn't good enought. I didn't knew how to make hair like ice in fact, so I just tried to do something, and it look more like something like blue snakes I guess! Ha! Ha!
Pixelart kid >> Thank you but I don't think I should go that far, they will throw me away I think =/ I already experience the forum, and I think it's enought for today (and 2days too) =D. If they don't like it, I won't post it here!
I haven't been a moderator for years, so try not to send anyone my way.
As long as you submit pixelart there is usually never a problem.
When using refs we do ask that you add a link in the description to avoid reports or unfair assumptions.
This is escpecially true when the original is closely traced because we try to protect against all forms of plagiarism both of PJers and original creators.
The pixel you speak of I replied in your forum thread.
It's pretty good. I wouldn't worry too much about it. If a piece of yours is rejected, the moderators usually inform you through PM why it got rejected. If not, try to contact them, I'm sure they'll explain why.
An explanation was given as to why your other piece was rejected here:
I don't know why the other piece wasn't accepted, maybe can find out through the forums (usually if there was some sort of tools used they will automatically reject it).
I love the fur on this bear , especially how it fans out around the front arm, and how big he is. Her face is done really well, I have always had trouble making a face on a side slant. I'm not crazy about the hair but I understand that is suppose to look icy and I'm not good at doing ice so unfortunately don't have any suggestions but there are plenty of examples here of people doing various techniques for ice. Please keep submitting
Ha! Ha! thank you Ero for your enthousiasm =D
