This is some consept-art I made for a game i'm working on. I think it turned out quite nice.

I can see your point, and I think it would. But I also like how the light of the borealis and the moon makes the girl pop out from the black spacy background. Anyways, I'll give it a try and also thanks! :D

Yes, it turned out lovely, although the sillhouette of the girl looks a bit odd against the same colour sky? Maybe it would look better if the sky wasn't black too? For instance dark blue?
