Amazing that you were able to pull off an animation smear for the arm in the middle of a run. It's just barely noticeable. Works really well! I also like the motion of the cape a lot. The flick of the foot to the slap on the ground adds a lot of vitality to the animation as well. The color choices and contrast are quite too.
The last time you posted was in 2009. I would say all those years of practice paid off!
