The 1:1 and AA 'rule' is good to know and applies anywhere such lines are used. In the outer hairline too. Make a test for yourself by removing those and seeing side by side. Its just not needed.
Now, every art 'rule' does bend so you can AA but its not needed. Say in this case if I was making the viewer's final piece at 6X then I would leave them because without them (hairline) then it looks wrong.

Fyi, in AAing, 1:1 lines are almost always best left without any AA because it inevitably blurs instead of softens. This piece is a perfect example of this where the necklace on the top right has no AA in the 1:1 line but does on the lower left 1:1 line. Best viewed at 1X and reviewed at 2X+
